We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:​

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

​Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on used grooming products (e.g., oils, balms, or brushes that have been opened or used).​ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@billyjoesbeard.com with your order number and details.
